I tasked the girls this month with making Tessa's birthday crown. They each got a side to decorate. When Alexa draws, she loves to draw movement - in the picture below (her side of the crown), she has drawn a flower on a "windy" day. See the blue streaks all around the flower.
Emma has seen one too many of my crowns and copies exactly the way I tend to do it. Either way, Tessa does not like anything on her head. She refuses to keep on any sun hat on her head for longer than 5 seconds. Same thing goes for those hoodie bath towels. The birthday crown is no exception. Thank goodness there is only 1 more to go!
