After the movie, the girls played in the water fountain outside the theater. It's this fountain that squirts out water in random places at random times - tons of fun for the kids and adults! The kids got completely soaked, and it wasn't very warm either - but you wouldn't know, from looking at their faces...

Playing in the Fountains
We had a fun Sunday morning - we met Ginny, Sydney, and Julia at Fairfax Corner and saw a short kid's cartoon in the movie theater. It was Emma and Alexa's first time setting foot inside of a movie theater. Alexa loved everything about it - the big screen, the movie -- as soon as it ended, she asked me when we could come back. Emma was scared by the movie - Sesame Street! -- and left about 20 minutes into it with Arturo. It's funny, even as a baby, when she'd see Sesame Street - she'd hide and shake with fear as soon as Cookie Monster came on the screen. Same thing now, even though she's 5 years old!
