I don't know if it's because she is the 3rd child and is used to having to entertain herself, or if it's just personality related, but Tessa is able to roam around the house on her own, finding things to amuse herself more so than any other of my other girls at the same age.
One weekend afternoon, as I was puttering around the kitchen, I looked up to see Tessa, sitting quietly by herself in the reading corner, reading a book. Note that the book is upside down, but she was completely immersed in it! Also note her burp cloth/lovey hung around her neck like a workout towel. So cute!
