Another fun tradition we have done for a couple of years was to decorate Gingerbread houses. But, they are so pretty to look at and then we never get to eat the houses because they become hard and stale. So this year, I decided to bake Gingerbread men and different shaped cookies instead. We got to eat them, which is so much more important than the decorating part!!
Tessa's role in the decorating was to nibble at the little cookies and watch the action. She didn't mind!
Alexa decided to decorate each of "men" in the likeness of herself and her friends at school. She tried tos tay very true to detail and it was really cute!
