Chesterbrook Playdate

We had a playdate on Saturday with a bunch of the kids from Emma's class at Chesterbrook Academy. We met at the playground at Frying Pan Farm, but it was SO hot, that we decided to go back to my house to escape the heat.

Here are the kids, who smartly sought the shade under the playground. They had built a huge "volcano."
All the moms stayed in the basement where there was AC, but some of the kids (including Emma) decided to play on our playset anyway. Here's Emma and Zuli swinging together. Arturo tells me that later, Kaitlyn was on there at the same time!
