Apple Cobbler
For those of my friends who know about "Experimental Sundays" of past years - Sundays are now "Dessert night Sundays." Now each Sunday I make a dessert for after dinner. This Sunday Alexa and I made Apple Cobbler. Here's Alexa cutting up the apples for me. I'm starting to realize there are too many posts on this blog about food - go figure.
